Satellite Videoconference Reception
IURTVS Educational Services can help you receive and use live satellite videoconferences or teleconferences originating from elsewhere in the United States. We have both C-band and Ku-band satellite reception capabilities and generally can be host for a group of up to 24 participants in a studio/classroom and/or a group of 15 in a conference room. For larger groups the program usually can be routed to the campus cable system allowing students to view it in a classroom, lecture hall, or departmental conference room or lounge. Educational Services can also accommodate IHETS Television receptions with similar arrangements.
