Terre Haute House, Terre Haute
The Terre Haute House hotel, built in 1927 and now vacant, is listed in the National Register of Historic Places and was once the social center of the city.
The WTIU documentary Hometown: A Journey Through Terre Haute, Indiana, based on the public radio program Hometown with Tom Roznowski, explores the history of the Terre Haute House and other buildings during an improvisational exploration of 1920s Terre Haute.
