Open House

Showcasing the latest digital developments

On September 23, 2008, hundreds of WFIU listeners and WTIU viewers attended an Open House in the Radio-TV Building on the IU Bloomington Campus. WTIU's high definition television (HDTV) production equipment was dedicated by IU Bloomington Provost Karen Hanson, and WFIU's new HD radio technology was on display. Attendees were able to see demonstrations of the latest Sony Electronics consumer and professional equipment; view the latest production capabilities by Radio/TV Services; tour the WFIU and WTIU studios and register for Sony Door Prizes.
