Eric NordgulenA sculptor who often imitates forms of nature in his large-scale works, Nordgulen thinks of his art as a tool to generate questions. These questions are "about self-awareness and our understanding of the world as we know it to be," says the associate professor of foundation studies. "The perception of sculpture is a physical experience that can become a catalyst for new thoughts and ideas."
