Undergraduate Research at IUThe following programs are some of the other research opportunities for undergraduates at IU campuses: UniversitywideUndergraduate Research and Creative Activity Partnership Grant. Offered by the Office of Research and the University Graduate School, this program provides awards to student/mentor pairs and teams to cover project costs, travel, and research equipment. IU EastSummer Research Scholars Program (SumRS). Provides stipends for up to three students to work on individual projects during the summer. IU KokomoUndergraduate Research Summer Institute. Supports up to 10 faculty-student research teams each summer. IU NorthwestUndergraduate Research Fund. Student stipends help offset costs of independent research and creative activity. IPFWUndergraduate Research Certificates. Students who participate in research in math, science, anthropology, or public and environmental affairs can earn certificates in research methods and design, the history and philosophy of their discipline, advanced communication, and supervised independent research. |
