The Indiana University Women's Rugby Club was first established as an official club sport in 1997 and called themselves Redstorm Rugby. Today, eleven years later, Redstorm has established themseleves as one of the best teams in the Midwest and the country.  IU Women's Rugby - Fall 2007 The Fall 2007 team, the first DI squad the club has produced finished 1st in the Midwest. The Spring 2008 the team seeded #8 in the national tournament and finished 11th overall.
