Dr. Victor Rizescu
Victor Rizescu is a lecturer at the Department of Political Science of the University of Bucharest and a graduate from the departments of History and Philosophy of the same university. He holds an M. A. and a Ph. D in History from the Central European University in Budapest and has completed stages of research at graduate and post-doctoral levels at Oxford University, New Europe College in Bucharest, and CEU. He is the editor of a series of volumes entitled Romanian Political Thought, meant to offer a kaleidoscopic view of the development of ideologies in pre-communist Romania, by re-issuing relevant texts with fresh commentaries, and he also edited and prefaced ten of the volumes in the series.
