Actions Taken in Response to 2003 Survey

We value your survey responses. Each year your judgments help guide our plans and activities. Projects undertaken in response to the 2003 survey include:

Implemented a campus wide phone system upgrade
Provided voice mail indication lights for all on-campus phones
Developed new student lab facility in registration area
Increased the number of AV equipped classrooms. All classrooms in Crestview are being permanently installed with AV equipment, including Computer, VCR, DVD and LCD projector
Designed the new instructor desk model to be more user-friendly due to faculty feedback on the IT survey
Redesigned and developed new architecture for all IUS upper level web pages, enrollment management pages and School/ Division pages
Appointed a communication, quality and policy officer to facilitate more timely, frequent, and user friendly information regarding IT services
Through UITS, provided access to e-mail Spam filters to reduce the quantity of junk mail
