Effective July 1, 2000 the following deductibles and contributions are in effect:

| Crime (e.g., burglary, theft) | $1,000 |
| Repeated losses | 10% - 50% of the loss subject to a $500 minimum, $10,000 maximum |
| Unreasonable losses | 10% of the loss Subject to a $500 minimum, $10,000 maximum |
| Auto comprehensive (glass breakage, etc.) | $50 |
| Collision damage (excluding busses) | $100 (higher deductibles for repeated chargeable accidents - see Accidents & Cost Allocation) |
| Collision loss - busses | $1,000 |
| Unreported collision losses More than 10 days has elapsed since the damge occurred, or it is not known when it occurred |
150% of the normal deductible |
| D&O / School Board Liability losses E.g., EEOC claims |
20% of the claim, including expenses subject to a $1,000 minimum, $100,000 maximum wages are not covered. |
| Property losses not described above are covered with a $1,000 threshold. I.e., losses under $1,001 are the responsibility of the department; covered losses over $1,000 are covered without deductible. |
