What is Redline?...

Redline is an athletic initiative that will be launched in the Fall of 2008.  It is sponsored by two student organizations within the Indiana University Athletic Department, the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and the Student Athletic Board (SAB).  Both Organizations are working together to boost attendance from the student body at specified athletic events.  Our vision is to create memorable moments for both, students and student-athletes.  By bringing more student fans to a particular athletic event, we hope that the energetic atmosphere will translate on the field/court and result in a win for our Hoosiers!  We are working closely with the IU Athletics Marketing Department to have special student promotions at the specified Redline events, as well as to rely on their expertise for picking the appropriate athletic contests.  There will be one Redline event picked for each varsity sport, all of which are chosen on the basis of date/time, opponent, and whether or not it is televised.  Below is a list of this semester's Redline Events:
