The special discounted room rate is available on a space-available basis. Internet access IS included in the rate.

Extra person Charge                               $50 USD (after 2 people, max is 3 per room)

•Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
•Rate will apply for participants arriving 3 days before and staying over 3 days after conference.
•Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival to avoid loss of first night’s room and tax charges.
•Check-in time is 3:00pm EDT and check-out is 1:00pm EDT

The deadline to make reservations at the Meliã is October 1, 2009.  Reservations made after this date will be reserved at the prevailing room rate on a space available basis.
