Options:

There are two ways to exhibit at the conference:

1.) Send a representative(s) and display your books in person.

Rental:	$225 for one half of an 6' L x 30” W table $375 for one 6' L x 30” W table $600 for two 6' L x 30” W tables $725 for three 6' L x 30” W tables
Booth includes:	6' L x 30” W table(s), 2 chairs per booth,1 trash can

2.) If you do not wish to send a representative, you may send individual items to display on a “common table”. We suggest sending 300 order forms with your sample(s). Please note: SEM lacks funds to return any materials. Samples will be distributed to student volunteers.

Fees:

$35 each for one to five items
$20 each for six or more items

Benefits:

The SEM annual meeting attracts over 800 prominent music educators from colleges, universities and conservatories throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as independent musicians, scholars and composers.

ALL exhibitors will be recognized in the conference program.

Complimentary conference registration:
-Exhibitors registered for one or more tables receive a maximum of two
(2) complimentary conference registrations.

-Exhibitors registered for a half table receive one
(1) complimentary conference registration.

Security:

The exhibit area will be locked each evening.

About Advertising in the SEM Program...

Description:

The SEM program booklet contains a detailed schedule of the program including paper titles and presenters. The 2009 program contained 59 pages plus ads and was spiral bound. Each participant will also receive a packet that will include brochures, flyers and local information.

Each unit counted as one item - a one-page flyer is an item as is a 20 page booklet.
