About Exhibiting at the SEM/CORD Joint Meeting...

The exhibit hours correspond to the session schedule. 

 

 

Thursday, November 17 (Set-up)     

8:00am-11:00am

 

Thursday, November 17   

11:00am-6:00pm

 

Friday, November 18    

8:00am-6:00pm

 

Saturday, November 19 

8:00am-1:00pm

 

Saturday, November 19 (Tear-down)   

1:00pm-3:00pm

 

 

 

Options:

There are two ways to exhibit at the conference:

 

 

1.) Send a representative(s) and display your books in person.

 

Rental:

$225 for one half of an 6' L x 30” W table
$375 for one 6' L x 30” W table
$600 for two 6' L x 30” W tables
$725 for three 6' L x 30” W tables

Rental includes:

6' L x 30” W table(s), 2 chairs per rental,1 trash can

 


2.) If you do not wish to send a representative.
You may send individual items to display on a “common table” in the exhibit area.  We suggest sending 300 order forms with your sample(s).  Please note: SEM/CORD lacks funds to return any materials.  Samples will be distributed to student volunteers.

 

Fees:

$35 each for one to five items
$20 each for six or more items

 

 

 

Benefits

The SEM/CORD Joint Meeting will attract over 800 prominent music educators from colleges, universities and conservatories throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as independent musicians, scholars and composers. 

 


ALL exhibitors will be recognized in the conference program.

 


Complimentary conference registration:

-Exhibitors registered for one or more tables receive a maximum of two (2) complimentary conference registrations.

-Exhibitors registered for a half table receive one
(1) complimentary conference registration. 

 

 

 

Security:

The exhibit area will be locked each evening.

About Placing a Notice in the SEM/CORD Joint Meeting Program...


Description:

The SEM/CORD program booklet contains a detailed schedule of the program including paper titles and presenters.  The 2010 the SEM Program contained 53 pages plus notices and was spiral bound.  Each participant will also receive a packet that will include brochures, flyers and local information.

SEM/CORD meeting participants -- 800 pieces

Each unit counted as one item - a one-page flyer is an item as is a 20 page booklet.
Please send 900 copies, items may not exceed 8.5" x 11"
