You may register onsite beginning Wednesday, November 16 at 7:30am. 
The SEM/CORD Joint Meeting registration desk will be located at the Liberty Coat Check at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown Hotel.

A student who completes 8 hours of work at the conference will receive
a registration fee reimbursement.
Please note that you must pay the registration fee in advance and that you will not receive a reimbursement until after the conference. 
The deadline for volunteer sign-up is October 1.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by the Conference Registrar at iuconfs@indiana.edu by October 14, to be eligible for a refund, less a $35 cancellation fee.  No refunds will be issued after that date.
