August 1 Deadline for receipt of pre-registration and SEM membership fees from
individuals whose proposals were accepted or waitlisted.

September 6 Deadline for presenter cancellation and refund of pre-registration fees from SEM
members whose proposals were accepted (minus a $35 handling fee).

September 14 Deadline for applications for exhibits, notices, and interviews.

September 28 Deadline to register for the meeting at the early-bird rates.
