| Options: |
There are two ways to exhibit at the conference: |
|
| |
1.) Send a representative(s) and display your books in person. |
|
| Rental: |
$400 for one 8' L x 30” W table
$625 for two 8' L x 30” W tables
$800 for three 8' L x 30” W tables |
| Rental includes: |
6' L x 30” W table(s), 2 chairs per rental,1 trash can |
|
|
2.) If you do not wish to send a representative.
You may send individual items to display on a “common table” in the
exhibit area We suggest sending 300 order forms with your sample(s).
Please note: SEM lacks funds to return any materials. Samples will be
distributed to student volunteers. |

| Fees: |
$40 for each item to be displayed (order forms accompanying display items are not counted as an item) |
|
|
|
|
| Benefits: |
The SEM Meeting will attract 1,000 music educators from colleges,
universities and conservatories throughout the U.S. and the world, as well as other scholars and professionals. |
|
ALL exhibitors will be recognized in the conference program. |
|
Complimentary conference registration:
-Exhibitors registered for one or more tables receive a maximum of two (2) complimentary conference registrations.
-Exhibitors registered for a half table receive one
(1) complimentary conference registration. |

The exhibit area will be locked each evening. |
