About Exhibiting at the SEM 2014 Annual Meeting

Hours The exhibit hours correspond to the session schedule.
Thursday, November 13, (Set-up) 8:00am-11:00am
Thursday, November 13 11:00am-6:00pm
Friday, November 14 8:00am-6:00pm
Saturday, November 15 8:00am-1:00pm
Saturday, November 15 (Tear-down) 1:00pm-3:00pm

 

 

 

Options: There are two ways to exhibit at the conference:
  1.) Send a representative(s) and display your books in person.
Rental: $400 for one 8' L x 30” W table
$625 for two 8' L x 30” W tables
$800 for three 8' L x 30” W tables
Rental includes: 6' L x 30” W table(s), 2 chairs per rental

2.) If you do not wish to send a representative.

You may send individual items to display on a “common table” in the
exhibit area We suggest sending 300 order forms with your sample(s).
 Please note: SEM lacks funds to return any materials. Samples will be
distributed to student volunteers.

Fees: $40 for each item to be displayed (order forms accompanying display items are not counted as an item)

 

 

 

Benefits The SEM Annual Meeting attracts over 900 music educators, scholars and students from colleges, universities, and conservatories throughout the world.

 


ALL exhibitors will be recognized in the conference program.
Complimentary conference registration: Exhibitors registered for one or more tables receive a maximum of two (2) complimentary conference registrations.

 

 

 

Security: The exhibit area will be locked each evening.

About Placing a Notice in the SEM Annual Meeting Program Book

Description: The SEM Program Book contains conference information and a detailed schedule of the program. The 2014 Program Book included 54 pages plus notices and was spiral bound. 

 

 

 

Circulation:  SEM meeting participants – 1,000 pieces
