Registration

Please assist us in our planning of the Symposium by submitting the online Registration Form to let us know if you will attend the morning and/or afternoon sessions, and if you will attend the lunch and/or dinner.

A light lunch will be provided at CEEM between the sessions.

A dinner will be held at Chapman's Restaurant following the Colloquium, cost approx. $35-40 per person, payable to the restaurant.
