Students for a Free Tibet National Site
MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of Indiana University Students for A Free Tibet (IUSFT) is to work in solidarity with the diasporic people of Tibet in their struggle for freedom and independence from Chinese governmental suppression. We are a group committed to campaigning for Tibet's fundamental right to political and religious freedom through education and action.

HISTORY

IUSFT was graciously given a grant from the International Tibet Independence Movement in 1997 to help IUSFT become a reality. The groups did a peace walk together from China, Indiana to Buddha, Indiana as a symbol of our solidarity with the people of Tibet.
