In order to standardize and centralize requests for Unicorn-related work (including data modification in the database, customization to WorkFlows, changes to iLink, etc.), a form has been developed to gather all the necessary information and guide the process.
Staff requesting Unicorn-related work which will involve LIT or UITS staff are requested to download a blank Project Management form, complete the first page ("Part I") only, and email it to Gary Charbonneau (charbonn@indiana.edu).
