This timeline is intended to provide as much information as is currently available. This will change often, as further details become available or as plans change. Keep in mind that the further into the future the dates are set, the more tentative they must necessarily be.

July - early August	Planning and testing of changes to be made August 11.
August 10-12, 2001	System outage from late August 10 through early August 12 (approx.) for complete keyword re-indexing.
September - mid November	Planning and testing of Unicorn 2001 on test server
November 21?-24?, 2001	System outage for upgrade to Unicorn 2001
fall 2001	Planning and testing of patron self-service functions
late December 2001 / early January 2002	WebCat changes for patron self-service functions
