Welcome to Student Legal Services.

SLS has five full-time attorneys and twenty-eight law student interns who work in a clinical setting to help you with many of your legal problems. We offer advice as well as courtroom representation and, even in areas where we are unable to represent you, we are happy to advise you.

After you fill out your intake sheet and an appointment has been scheduled, your case will be assigned to a law student intern. He or she will research the issues which have been raised and meet with a supervising attorney to go over the facts and the law governing your complaint. You will then meet with the intern assigned to your file. All work done on your case, from letters to negotiations to litigation, will be supervised by an attorney.
