Aspen, CO

Lifts Passes for: ASPEN, SNOWMASS, ASPEN HIGHLANDS, and BUTTERMILK

Dates: We are in Aspen Jan 3rd-8th (If you choose the bus, it leaves IU Jan 2, and returns the 9th)

Trip Cost: $498

Includes: 4 days of lift passes and 5 nights of lodging at the Ski in/Ski Out Laurelwood Condominiums or the Snowmass Inn, plus access to our events

SKI-IN SKI-OUT lodging at Snowmass in Laurelwood Condominiums

Luxury Motor Coach Transportation also available: $143 departing Jan 2 from IU, returning Jan 9th (Time TBA)
(1st come, 1st serve so reserve fast so you can party to and from Colorado! If the 1st bus fills, we will start a waiting list for another bus. If we can't fill another bus we will help you guys rent as many SUVs as we can)

To sign up to you need to email snowski@indiana.edu with the following info:

1. Your first and last name

2. Preferred email address

(THIS WILL BE YOUR USER NAME WHEN ACCESSING THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM SO YOU WILL NOT

BE ABLE TO CHANGE THIS ADDRESS ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CREATED)

3. Your cell phone number

4. Whether or not you need motor transportation on our luxury charter bus ($143) from Bloomington

5. Your age

(this is required for liability and insurance, note you must be 18+)

6. Whether you will need rental equipment, and for which sport

(WE GIVE DISCOUNTS to online signups. IT'S $60 FOR 4 DAYS)

7. Your roommate requests

(If you do not submit this, you will be assigned randomly. We cannot guarantee that all of your requests are granted, but we will try!)

THEN:

· After you send us this email, we will enter your info into our computer system.

· Within a couple days you will get an email containing your invoice and Username/Password. You must log in to Echo Tours to make payment.

· Reservations for the trip are based on the order of PAYMENT. You are not guaranteed a spot until we have your FULL PAYMENT. The trip is 1st come, 1st serve, we will run out of space, so pay early!

· Payment will be online, by credit card. Cost is $498 for the trip package. The motor coach is $143. If you want both, the total cost is $641 (NOTE: There are no refunds at this point for ANY REASON, sorry!.)

· You must turn in the forms listed below ASAP! They were Due Nov 15th!

There are balconies with BEAUTIFUL views, 2 hot tubs, Parking, ski storage, laundry facilities on site, fully equipped kitchens, and maid services.

UPDATE: We have FILLED our LAURELWOOD Condos! That’s awesome guys!. Any new signups will be lodged across the street in the Snowmass Inn (equally awesome of course!). There are less than 5 spaces left ton the bus. We have to sign up people in groups of 4 to fill rooms, so if you want in, find buddies, or email us to help you find people! Space is limited on those too, so sign up ASAP!
