Long Doan
Long comes to Indiana from Savannah, GA. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Georgia in 2009. Some of his prior research has examined the role of occupational identities in the rate of emotional experience and the role of settings in friendship formation. More broadly, he's interested in social psychology, identity, emotions, status, and justice. He's currently working in Dr. Stephen Benard's lab on a study that explores the role of affect in third-party interventions. In his spare time, Long enjoys long walks on the beach, reading by scented candlelight, and extreme creative writing. He also enjoys more traditional forms of entertainment like spending time with family and friends.
