Martha is currently a graduate student in the Department of Sociology at Indiana University-Bloomington. Martha received her B.A. in Sociology from Austin College in 2007. Her interests include gender, political sociology, comparative sociology and globalization. More specifically, she is interested in understanding how public policies and gender interact and comparing these interactions cross-nationally. When not engaged in academic pursuits, Martha enjoys cooking, playing board games and reading fiction.
