The School of Fine Arts Abroad: Overseas Study Exhibition

The School of Fine Arts (SoFA) Gallery at Indiana University is pleased to announce the upcoming BFA Painting Exhibition and The School of Fine Arts Abroad: Overseas Study Exhibition. These exhibitions will open Tuesday, December 1 and will be on display until Saturday, December 5, 2008. A Reception will be held Friday, December 4, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm in the SoFA Gallery.
Each year the Henry Radford Hope School of Fine Arts and the Indiana University Office of Overseas Study partner to offer summer programs in Europe to School of Fine Arts students. The School of Fine Arts Abroad: Overseas Study exhibit will feature artworks produced by participating students during three study abroad programs taught by members of the IU Fine Arts faculty. Edward Bernstein taught printmaking and bookmaking in Venice, Italy, Tim Kennedy taught drawing in Florence, Italy, and Aurthur Liou taught photography in Tokyo, Japan.
