Your assignments are due at the beginning of your discussion section. Lateness is increasingly a problem these days, and as a consequence, we are taking fairly strict measures, which involve both a carrot and a stick. The carrot is that if your assignments are all turned in on time, you will receive 2 bonus points in your exercise grade (in most cases this will raise your exercise grade by an increment, for example, from "C" to "C+"). Here comes the stick. All assignments not turned in at the beginning of discussion section are officially late (yes, if you come in late to discussion section, you and your assignment are both late). A late assignment will be immediately assessed a one-point penalty. A late assignment will not be accepted more than seven (7) calendar days after it was due. Please note again: you may not email your assignments to your teachers. We will not accept assignments in that form.
