Amy Rogge Mack is President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, the largest mentoring organization in the state of Washington. Prior to this Mack was president and CEO of the Winston-Salem chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters Services, Inc. She also worked six years in Washington, DC for the Corporation for National and Community Service, the independent federal agency that oversees AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, and Learn & Serve America. There she served in various capacities including chief of staff, director of public affairs, and senior advisor to the CEO.

Earlier experience includes serving as the East Coast Office Operations Manager for The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and as Administrator of Constituent Services for Indianapolis Mayor Stephen Goldsmith.

Mack received a BS in Biology and dual MPA/MSES degrees from Indiana University.
