Jeffrey Stocker has 25 years of experience working with Global 1000 clients in the optimization of their technology delivery organizations, providing greatly improved business results. Building on an extensive delivery background ranging from technology design and build to global delivery management, he has worked with clients in the financial services, communications, products, health and life sciences, and public services sectors.

Stocker is currently the Global Insurance Delivery Lead at Accenture. Previously, he was an IT Outsourcing Portfolio Lead for North America, during which his teams served clients in the U.S., India, the Philippines, South America, and China through Accenture’s global delivery capability. Services ranged from managed services application maintenance to co-sourcing, testing centers of excellence, infrastructure and help desks, and application development.

In the past, Stocker has facilitated on-campus recruiting and alumni stewardship campaigns. He is currently on the board of the Unity Temple Restoration Foundation.

Stocker holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of Architecture and Planning at Ball State University, and an MPA in Urban and Regional Planning from Indiana University.
