SPEA students can connect with employers many ways:
- Information sessions
- Employer office hours
- Exploration trips
- On-campus interviews
Throughout the year, employers come to visit SPEA. They typically have an information session during the day or evening where they will present information on their company or organization and take questions from students. SPEA students are encouraged to meet with employers during their information session as well as during employer office hours.
Some employers will have an information session incombination with a meet-and-greet. Meet-and-Greets typically take place over lunch and provide an opportunity for you as a student to sit down and have a conversation with recruiters. On occasion, employers will even provide lunch! ENewsletters will inform students of any upcoming meet-and-greets.
On campus interviews are sometimes paired with information session or meet-and-greets. If an employer is coming to SPEA for on-campus recruitment, students will be informed how to apply for open positions well in advance of the recruitment deadline via eNewsletters. Upcoming information sessions, interviews, and meet-and-greets will be posted in the Events section.
