Presidential Management Fellows

The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is a Federal Government leadership program developed to help agencies meet their critical need for leadership continuity. Exceptional students interested in public service and meeting masters or doctoral-level degree requirements are eligible to apply to this prestigious two-year paid fellowship program working with federal agencies. This leadership development program includes 80 hours of training each year, challenging rotations, accelerated promotions, and opportunities to network between agencies. SPEA alumni have been very successful in obtaining positions as PMF finalists, with past students serving in the EPA, Department of Education, Office of Management and Budget, Department of Labor, the Mint, Department of the Interior, the State Department, Agency for International Development, and elsewhere.
