Unrestricted GiftsAnnual fund gifts are the primary source of unrestricted contributions for SPEA. Unrestricted private support provides the greatest flexibility for the School to allocate funds where the need is most urgent: student scholarships, faculty support, classroom enhancements or money for special needs, such as unforeseen opportunities that cannot be covered by other, restricted gifts.
Designated GiftsDesignated gifts allow donors to specify how a gift should be directed. Examples include, but are not limited to: faculty support through chairs and professorships, student financial support, facilities, and overseas study programs.
Matching GiftsCorporate matches can double or triple the impact of your generosity. Please click here to learn more about how your employer’s matching program can further SPEA’s mission of improving communities through smart policy and sound science.
Gift PlanningWe are available to help you plan a philanthropic partnership with SPEA that will be meaningful to you and impact a cause close to your heart. Whether your passion is to support a SPEA student with financial needs, recruit top tier faculty or fund ground-breaking research, the development office is at your service as you consider how best to incorporate SPEA in your personal philanthropy.
