Robert H. Frowick Memorial Graduate Scholarship

Established as a memorial tribute to Ambassador Robert H. Frowick, by his family, in honor of his exemplary service as a foreign diplomat, genuine dedication and commitment to making a difference in the world, and for his pioneering service in foreign affairs, promoting democracy in Eastern Europe.

Eligibility:
  • Graduate student born in the Midwestern states of Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Ohio, Michigan, Minnesota, or Wisconsin;
  • Full-time MPA student with a concentration in Policy Analysis or Comparative and International Affairs;
  • Minimum 3.20 cumulative GPA;
  • Employed part-time;
  • Preference is given to a student with an interest in a Foreign Service career
