Elective Internship | V380

Students wishing to complete an internship or additional internship hours for credit beyond the required V381/H466 internship component must request elective internship credit through this form.  We encourage students to meet with an academic advisor early when planning an elective internship to determine if elective credits are needed.

This form only requests elective internship credit--it does not submit or approve your internship.  To submit your internship for approval, please complete internship paperwork online.

To whom it may concern:

I wish to register for elective internship credits (V380).  I have spoken with an academic advisor and they have confirmed that it is conducive to my academic plans to register for the number of credits I wish to receive.

I understand that I will be responsible for registering online for the credits when I receive an email from the Office of Career Services telling me to do so.  I also understand that any credits I wish to receive will be charged to my bursar's bill for that semester.
