Application & Scholarships
Who may apply?
IU graduate students in good standing and undergraduate students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher are welcome to apply to participate in the IU in Moscow program. They do not need to have any Russian language skill before applying. All classes will be conducted in English.
SPEA Abroad programs were specially designed for SPEA students, but we always encourage non-SPEA students with similar interests to apply. Applications for the program require only one application form. That is, when applying to a SPEA Abroad, you are automatically applying for the SPEA Abroad course and scholarship.
