The UNIX workstation software includes ESRI's ARC/INFO 7.1.2 and ARC/VIEW 3.0b,
ERDAS's IMAGINE, WordPerfect, Island Graphics and a C compiler. The NT software
includes ARCVIEW 3.1, ArcInfo, ERDAS IMAGINE 8.3 and MapSheets, ModelMaker 3,
Profiler, S-PLUS 4.5 with ArcView extension, SureMaps Raster, Microsoft Office
and Adobe Illustrator. Hummingbird's MAESTRO provides UNIX and NT system
interoperability. All workstations are connected to HP AdvanceStack 800 T
switches that provide 100BaseT/full duplex networking within the lab and to the
Indiana University backbone.
