Hearing ClinicMissionAs an academic institution, our primary mission is to educate and train our students to give the highest quality care through outstanding clinical service. Clinical ServicesServices are available to the general public of all ages. Services include evaluation and remediation using state-of-the-art equipment and procedures. Clinical services are provided by undergraduate and graduate students under the direct supervision of state-licensed, ASHA-certified (American Speech Language Hearing Association) clinical faculty members. The clinical audiology program has consistently been ranked by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top twenty programs in the nation. ReferralsCommon referral sources include parents, family members, physicians, teachers, nurses, social workers, psychologists. A referral is not required to obtain services.
General Multilingual ServicesThe IU Speech-Language and Hearing Clinics are proud to serve the area’s multilingual community. If you speak a language other than English, we can provide culturally- and linguistically-appropriate services in your language.
