You can download two Powerpoint presentations from here. (See detailed instructions below.)
Notice the large sizes of these files. Don't try to download them unless you have a fast connection to Internet. The first one is a folder that has been zipped into a single file. You will need to download and unzip to obtain the original folders. Keep all the files in their respective folders, or else the movies in the Powerpoint files will not work properly.

Instructions for download of "Current high jumping technique" to Windows:
When the dialog asks if you want to open the file or save it to your computer, click on "Save". Otherwise, you will not be able to see the movies in the Powerpoint files.
Decide where you want to put the zipped file. Click on "Save".
Click on "Open".
Click on "Extract".
Decide where you want to put the unzipped files, and click on "Extract".
Go inside the unzipped folder, and double-click on the PowerPoint file.
Within PowerPoint, you may need to click to start each movie animation, and later double-click to see the movie over and over again.
Instructions for download of "Current high jumping technique" to Mac OS-X:
The zipped file will be saved to the downloads folder in your computer. If needed, double-click on the zipped file to unzip it.
Go inside the unzipped folder, and double-click on the PowerPoint file.
Within PowerPoint, you may need to click to start each movie animation, and later double-click to see the movie over and over again.
