Individual assists with the administration, supervision, instruction, and direction of
the Aquatics department.
Supervision and training of all lifeguarding staff. Coordinate and maintain progress
records on skippers and progressive programs. Establish and enforce policies and
procedures for aquatic staff department. Set and achieves standards of programs delivered
that assures the highest quality programs. Assures risk management standards are set up
and strictly followed to assure the safety and well-being of staff and participants.
Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education, or Related field required. Two
years experience managing, supervising, training, and evaluating aquatic staff. General
understanding of pool maintenance.
