Manager of the overall Aquatics/Informal Sports Program within the Division of
Recreational Sports. Supervision of the Aquatics Coordinator, lifeguards and maintenance
staff.
Recommends and monitors the Aquatics budget. Approves new programs and policies.
Prepares monthly/annual reports and coordinates program evaluations. Establishes income
targets, fees, charges, and approves payroll and purchase requisitions. Recommends program
changes based on surveys, focus groups and statistical analysis. Approves the hourly wage
staff hiring and training process.
Master's degree in Recreation or related field required. Two years experience of public
pool management or related experience.
