Individual is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Recreation Center
Natatorium and Outdoor Aquatic Center.
Management of the operations and maintenance of all aquatic spaces; including patron
surveillance, water chemistry, mechanical systems and components, and pool equipment.
Oversee the hiring and training of a diverse lifeguarding staff. Supervision and
evaluation of student employees.
Bachelor's degree in Recreation or related field. One year experience managing,
supervising, training, and evaluating aquatics personnel. One year experience instructing
and certifying lifeguards. Three years experience as a certified pool operator at a
commercial/public pool.
