Assist with the inspection of facilities. Supervision of diverse hourly staff. Responds
to general maintenance requests and expedite repairs.
Responsible for proper care, supervision and operation of the recreation center.
Responsibilities include supervising large numbers of participants and staff, organizing
recreational activities and managing the maintenance repairs of complex exercise equipment
and building systems.
Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education or related field with a minimum of
two years experience performing a similar role. Master's degree preferred. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills and knowledge of sports and recreation facilities
required.
