Individual meets different people and engages in a variety of recreational sport
activities. Long hours, requires high energy level. Have to be able to maintain several
recreational sport activities at once.
Develops recreational sport activities for resort guest. Plans, schedules, and
supervises games, sports and other recreational activities for children and adults. Hires,
trains, supervises, and schedules staff. Demonstrates use of materials and equipment.
Coordinates activities with space available at resort. Purchases supplies and equipment
for activities.
Bachelor's degree in physical education or recreation recommended. Experience in sports
and physical education helpful. Experience in teaching children and organizing activities
for all age groups.
$10,000-$25,000 (depending on experience, location, and employer)
