Individual assists in the development of resort and club programs, events, and
promotions. Coordinate all guest activities, specifically during the winter months of
January and February. Work with the Recreation Director to establish year-round programs
and additional duties as required.
Hire and coordinate staff for programs and lead event when needed. Acquire proper
facilities for the operation of daily, weekly, monthly, or special events. Supervision of
diverse individuals. Must be able to perform without direct supervision and balance a
budget.
Degree in Recreation or related field. Minimum of four years experience in the field of
recreation, education, promotions, special event programming, marketing, or natural
resources. Two to four years of management experience in recreation or hospitality.
