One post-doctoral position in theoretical and computational chemistry is available, in the group of Prof. Srinivasan S. Iyengar at the department of chemistry, Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana. The position will involve:

• Extensions to the newly developed Quantum Wavepacket Ab Initio Molecular Dynamics (QWAIMD, see publications) to allow quantum dynamical treatment of electrons and nuclei in large systems.
• The study of proton, hydrogen and hydride tunneling in biological enzymes through the use of QWAIMD.

Applicants must possess a strong background in theoretical method development. Those with a proven track record in quantum dynamics methods and/or electronic structure methods, mathematical methods and good computer programming skills, will be in an advantageous position with respect to this position.
