Registration deadline is June 1, 2017
The registration fee of US$300 includes accommodation, coffee breaks and on-site lunches on weekdays, plus the Opening Reception on Sunday, June 11, and Workshop Dinner on Wednesday, June 21. Registration fees can be paid online by credit card, or by bank transfer or check. Please note that registration fees must be paid in full prior to June 1, 2017. Payments cannot be accepted on-site.

Editing your registration
To edit your existing order, open your confirmation email and click on EDIT ORDER, and log in. This will take you to an order details screen.
On that screen, click “edit” (or “edit details”) to open your LIVE order form. You will see all of the fields you previously filled out, as well as any previous selections. (DO NOT REMOVE ANY SELECTIONS, or you will un-register for those items.) Continue through the form and make any additions/changes, and click Next.
When you continue to the payment screen, you will see your new GRAND total (which shows everything on the order – including any of your prior selections), and at the bottom, your new AMOUNT DUE. If you will be paying by credit card, you can pay online. If you will be sending a check, select the pay-later option and submit.
Your changes will be saved, and you will NOT be charged again for anything you previously paid.
