S-Plus retired from the Libra cluster

S-Plus 7 software is incompatible with the current configuration of libra cluster under AIX environment. The software vendor is not planning for any patches since S-Plus had been stabilized for the AIX system. As a result, UITS is not supporting S-Plus from the libra cluster any more. S-Plus is available from the steel, and quarry clusters.
