SPSS 17 for Mac OS X System Requirements

SPSS 17 for Macintosh requires Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger) or Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) operating systems, with an Intel processor. SPSS 17 will not run on Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) or a PowerPC. According to the vendor, the SPSS 18 release will resolve this problem. Currently, only SPSS 17 is available for purchase at the Stat/Math Center.
