| Nancy
Bailey - Secretary/Treasurer, Early Childhood Center, MSD of Decatur Township Leadership Team Member Nancy has been a MSD of Decatur Township employee since 1983 working in two schools. She and her husband of 34 years are both graduates of Decatur Central High School. They have two grown children who also graduated from Decatur Central. Nancy first worked as an Instructional Assistant at the Junior High. She has been involved in various committees for Decatur Township. Nancy and her husband, Stan, are the proud grandparents of four wonderful grandchildren Makenzie age 7, Dylan age 6, Logan age 5, and Gage 5 months. Her
favorite hobby is spending time with them. Nancy is also active
in the West Newton Friends Church and she helped start the Day Care
Center there. The kindergarten classes have been taking field trips
to the Bailey Farm for over 16 years. The children enjoy visiting
the farm almost as much the Bailey's enjoy having them there. Nancy
has been a very dedicated employee and enjoys the many people she
comes in contact with through her job.
