Support Team Member/Associate Instructor
Sunnie Lee Watson is an associate instructor and dual major Ph.D. student in the Instructional Systems Technology Department and Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Department at Indiana University , Bloomington . She has worked as a K-12 teacher, instructional designer for corporate training programs, and facilitator of professional development programs and instructional consulting facilities at IU.
Sunnie works with the support team on the systemic change initiative in Decatur Township change process Support Team member. She has organized and facilitated workshops for the leadership team and design team of the systemic change process. Her research interest is learner-centered instruction for diverse learners in K-12 schools. Systems approach to educational change and technology integration for learner-centered instruction are topics she is specifically interested in. She is currently working on studies such as Learning Management Systems in K-12 schools for learner-centered instruction, community members' involvement in school district change and formative research studies on change workshops.
